Pork, *Marinated in a solution of: House Marinade (Tomato Sauce (tomato concentrate, distilled vinegar), Filtered Water, Brown Sugar, Salt, Spices, Vegetable Oil (soybean and/or canola), Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Carrots, Lemon Juice, Natural Flavors, Caramel Color, Caffeine, Extractives of Paprika, Phosphoric Acid), Brown Sugar.
Cook product until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 160°F. as measured with a food thermometer.*
On the Grill: Grill at medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes or until product reaches an internal temperature of 160 °F, turning accordingly to cook evenly on both sides.
On the Stove: Heat pan to medium-high heat. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until product reaches an internal temperature of 160 °F, turning accordingly to cook evenly on both sides.
In the Oven: Bake at 375 °F – 400 °F for 12-15 minutes. Turn oven to broil for 3-5 minutes or until product reaches an internal temperature of 160 °F.
