Cook product until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F. as measured with a food thermometer.*
On the Grill: Grill at medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until chop reaches an internal temperature of 145 °F.
On the Stove: Heat pan to medium-high heat. Add a thin layer of oil. Cook for 6-8 minutes on each side or until chop reaches an internal temperature of 145 °F.
In the Oven: Pre-heat oven to 400 °F – 425 °F. Bake for roughly 15 minutes. Turn oven to broil for 3-5 minutes or until chop reaches an internal temperature of 145 °F.
