Cook product until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 160°F. as measured with a food thermometer.* Let rest for three minutes before serving.
On the Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place beef patties directly on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F for well-done.
On the Stove: Heat a pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Place beef patties in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F for well-done.
In the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place beef patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F for well-done.
