Cook product until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F. as measured with a food thermometer.*
On the Grill: Grill at medium-high heat for 8-12 minutes or until product reaches an internal temperature of 165 °F, turning accordingly to cook evenly on both sides.
On the Stovetop: Heat pan to medium-high heat. Add a thin layer of oil or cooking spray. Cook for 8-12 minutes or until product reaches an internal temperature of 165 °F, turning accordingly to cook evenly on both sides.
In the Oven: Bake at 375 °F – 400 °F for 12-15 minutes. Turn oven to broil for 3-5 minutes or until product reaches an internal temperature of 165 °F. Flip halfway through cooking.
