Shipping Information
- To ensure your orders arrive as soon as possible, we only ship product via UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air
- There is a 15 LB Minimum for ALL orders.
- Shipping costs are determined according to weight, package size and distance.
To place an order for shipment, please email retailstore@biancosausage.com with your name, phone number, address, and meat order.
*Please note that delays can occur for various reasons, even when selecting priority shipping. Delays are out of our control, and we cannot take responsibility for the cost of your order if there is a delay.
Refunds/Returns
If a refund or return is necessary because of damage, mistakes or other dissatisfaction, please contact us as soon as possible. Although we aim to get your products to you as soon as possible, we cannot take responsibility for weather delays, for an order submitted with an incorrect address, for a delay caused because the intended recipient was not at home, or for a package containing perishables that was delivered on time but not opened when received. Because our products are perishable, we request that you call or email us within 24 hours of receipt if you seek a refund/return, or we will not be able to honor the request.
