Our Story Starts in a Small Butcher Shop in Revere, MA

In 1960, Joseph Bianco Sr. opened his neighborhood butcher shop with a simple promise: use only the best cuts of meat, season them with traditional Italian flavors, and treat every customer like family.

Three generations later, we’re still delivering on that promise. Now based in Medford, MA, Bianco & Sons has grown into a leading name in Italian sausage and marinated meats, serving families across New England—and now shipping nationwide.

Our Story:

A Legacy of Flavor, Built in New England

1960: Where It All Began — Revere, Massachusetts

In the heart of Revere, MA, Joseph Bianco, Sr. opened a small meat market with a big dream and an even bigger flavor. Armed with a perfected sausage recipe and a passion for premium meats, he crafted each batch by hand. Word quickly spread, and locals lined up down the block for his signature Italian sausage. This marked the official start of Bianco & Sons, a family-owned business built on quality and trust.

Two decades later, Joseph Bianco, Jr. joined his father at the Revere headquarters, ushering in a new era of growth. Together, they stayed true to the Bianco name—offering only premium cuts of meat and authentic marinated flavors. As demand surged across New England, the Bianco family remained laser-focused on quality, consistency, and community.
