
Shipping & Delivery Information
To ensure every order arrives fresh and on time, we ship all products via UPS Priority Shipping.
Shipping Guidelines:
Shipping Days: We ship Tuesdays and Wednesdays to preserve freshness and minimize weekend delays.
Cut-Off Time: Orders must be placed by Tuesday at 8:00AM EST to ship during that same week.
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, box size, and delivery destination.
Important Note: While we prioritize timely delivery, delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events. Unfortunately, these are outside of our control, and we cannot offer refunds for delays caused by the shipping provider.
Refunds & Returns
Your satisfaction means everything to us. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order due to:
- Shipping damage
- Packing errors
- Product dissatisfaction
We’ll do our best to make it right. Please email or call us with your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders with incorrect shipping addresses
- Deliveries where the recipient is not available at time of delivery
- Packages not opened immediately upon arrival
