At Bianco & Sons, we love collaborating with creators who understand the power of simple, high quality ingredients. Jess Bosworth and Jesse Rosenwald of J Squared Eatz have been longtime Bianco fans and loyal home cooks of our sausage for more than a decade. As Massachusetts natives with strong Boston roots, their love of food, tradition, and creativity makes this partnership feel effortless.
Meet Jess and Jesse of J Squared Eatz
Jess and Jesse’s story began behind the bar, where long shifts, late night snacks, and shared conversations sparked something bigger. Both grew up on the South Shore surrounded by strong food culture, family recipes, and the joy that comes from cooking for others. Jess learned to love food through the incredible cooks in her family and spent countless hours recreating dishes with her mom and dad. Jesse spent most of his early life in restaurants, gaining an appreciation for the craft from every angle.
Their connection strengthened quickly. They bonded over flavor pairings, Anthony Bourdain, and their shared dream of traveling the world. Once the summer season ended at the bar where they met, they booked a forty day trip to Europe as their first date. From trattorias in Italy to tiny tapas bars in Spain, they ate, explored, and cooked their way through four countries and nine cities. That trip shaped their culinary style and confirmed that food, adventure, and creativity were at the heart of who they were as a couple.
Their shared passion led them to the MasterChef kitchen, where they competed as a duo in Season 15. The chemistry they had built over years of cooking together translated seamlessly on screen, helping them become Season 15 champions.
Today, Jess and Jesse are building J Squared Eatz with the goal of opening a provisions shop that offers artisanal sandwiches, South Shore bar pizza, prepared meals, and curated local goods. Supporting family operated New England brands is important to them, and Bianco and Sons is high on their list of products they hope to carry. Our sausages have been a staple in their home for years, and this partnership brings that shared love full circle.
We launched our Recipe of the Week series with J Squared Eatz in November, and together we are bringing fresh, creative, and comforting dishes to life. We hope to continue this through the spring and beyond as we share more stories, more flavors, and more inspiration from their kitchen to yours.
Stay tuned for more recipes, stories, and behind the scenes moments from J Squared Eatz and Bianco & Sons.
