Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because of the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, reach out to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery—we’re happy to help make it right!

Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes! You’re always welcome to shop at our Medford Retail Store at 1 Brainard Avenue, Medford, MA. Call ahead or visit us Monday through Friday, 7 AM–3 PM and Saturdays, 7 AM–12 PM.
