Shipping Guidelines

Shipping Days: We ship Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to preserve freshness and minimize weekend delays. Please note: If a holiday falls on a scheduled shipping day, we will not ship orders on that date. Shipments will resume on the next available shipping day.

Cut-Off Time: Orders must be placed by Tuesday at 11:59 PM EST to ship during that same week.

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, box size, and delivery destination.

Important Note: While we prioritize timely delivery, delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events. Unfortunately, these are outside of our control, and we cannot offer refunds for delays caused by the shipping provider.
